Easter Services

 

Easter is a special time as we particularly remember Jesus, God's Son, dying on the cross for us to reconcile us to God. Maundy Thursday and Good Friday are more reflective times, as we remember the anguish and torment Jesus went through for us. Easter Sunday is a joyous ocassion, as we remember that Jesus is not dead, but was raised back to life and lives for evermore.

Messy Church on Good Friday

You are invited to a Messy Church on Good Friday (18 April) at St Peter's Church between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. This will be an opportunity for families to think about the events of Good Friday and Easter.

Community Space 
Saturdays Mornings 11:00am to 1:00pm
 

Community Space is on Saturdays between 11:00am and 1:00pm. While holding Warm Space we found many people just like company, so come along for: -

St Peter’s Community Café at the Spread Eagle

St Peter’s has a community café each week at The Spread Eagle, Out Westgate, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 2DE.  Join us for a chat and a coffee or tea each Monday from 11:30am-12:30pm. All welcome. Tell your friends. You may even like to stay on for lunch.
We’d like to thank The Spread Eagle for their welcome, hospitality and generosity to us. Tea and coffee by donation to MacMillan Cancer Support.
